Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy

At BeamX, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. Please read our cancellation, replacement, and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled free of charge.

If a customer requests cancellation after the order has already been shipped, the customer shall be liable to bear:

  • Forward shipping charges
  • RTO (Return to Origin) charges
  • Any additional logistics or handling charges levied by the shipping/courier partner

These charges may be deducted from any eligible refund, settlement amount, or store credit, wherever applicable.

If a customer refuses to accept delivery without prior approval from BeamX, the same charges shall still apply.

BeamX reserves the right to determine applicable shipping and RTO charges based on the courier partner, product category, and delivery location.

BeamX also reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
  • Operational limitations

In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.


Replacement & Exchange Policy

BeamX offers replacement or exchange requests within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a replacement or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice
  • Valid proof of purchase/order confirmation is mandatory
  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Replacement or exchange requests may be rejected if:

  • The product shows signs of usage, damage, or tampering
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing
  • The serial number or warranty seal is altered
  • The request is raised after the eligible period

BeamX reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any replacement or exchange request.


Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

BeamX generally follows a No Refund Policy.

Products once sold are eligible only for replacement or exchange under applicable conditions.

Refunds shall only be considered in exceptional situations where:

  • BeamX is unable to repair or replace the product
  • The product is unavailable or discontinued
  • A refund is specifically approved by BeamX management

Any approved refund shall be processed only to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on banking/payment gateway timelines.

Shipping charges, COD charges, platform fees, convenience charges, RTO charges, or logistics charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers are requested to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery for any claims related to:

  • Physical damage
  • Missing items
  • Wrong product received
  • Transit damage

Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.

If a product is received damaged or defective, customers must contact BeamX support within 48 hours of delivery.


Packaging & Return Shipping

Customers returning products are responsible for securely packaging the product to prevent transit damage.

Products returned via courier, transport, or postal service shall remain at the customer’s risk until received by BeamX.

BeamX shall not be responsible for:

  • Transit damage
  • Lost shipments
  • Improper packaging by the customer

For expensive products, customers are advised to use insured and trackable shipping services.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless received defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software/products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products with physical or liquid damage caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging/accessories

Exchange Approval Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by the BeamX service team, customers will be notified regarding:

  • Approval of exchange/replacement
  • Rejection of request (if applicable)
  • Further service process

BeamX reserves the right to decide whether a product qualifies for replacement, repair, or rejection under this policy.


Shipping Charges

Customers shall bear return shipping charges unless the return is approved due to:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Wrong item shipped by BeamX
  • Verified transit damage

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Delays & Processing Time

Replacement processing and service timelines are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Spare part availability
  • Logistics delays
  • Technical inspection
  • High service volume

In some cases, replacement or repair timelines may extend up to 6–8 weeks.

BeamX shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.


Limitation of Liability

BeamX’s maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the invoice value of the purchased product.

BeamX shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits or business
  • Mental stress or inconvenience
  • Data loss
  • Commercial damages
  • Delays caused by courier/logistics partners

Arbitration & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of purchases, cancellations, replacements, exchanges, refunds, warranty claims, or related services shall first be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Such arbitration proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in Sonipat, Haryana, India.

The courts at Sonipat, Haryana, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes and legal proceedings related to BeamX products and services.
