BeamX Warranty Terms, Conditions & Replacement Policy

At BeamX, we believe premium products deserve dependable after-sales support. Every BeamX product is built for performance, durability, and long-term reliability, and our warranty policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.

We offer warranty coverage across selected BeamX products, including projectors and speakers, to ensure complete peace of mind with every purchase.


1. Warranty Coverage

BeamX Projectors

All BeamX projectors come with:

  • 1-Year Standard Warranty (Applicable only after successful product registration)
  • Additional 1-Year Extended Warranty  on selected models upon successful completion of the promotional/verification tasks shared by the BeamX team via WhatsApp after purchase

The extended warranty shall only be activated after verification and approval by the BeamX support team.

BeamX Speakers

All BeamX speakers come with:

  • 1-Year Standard Warranty
  • Additional 3-Month Extended Warranty upon successful completion of the promotional/verification tasks shared by the BeamX team via WhatsApp after purchase

The extended warranty shall only be activated after verification and approval by the BeamX support team.

2. Replacement & Exchange Policy

BeamX offers replacement or exchange of eligible products within 3 days from the date of delivery/receipt.

Important Conditions

  • No refunds shall be provided under any circumstances.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • A valid proof of purchase/order confirmation is mandatory.
  • Replacement or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

BeamX reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of the product before approving any replacement or exchange request.

Replacement or exchange requests may be rejected if:

  • The product shows signs of usage or damage
  • Accessories or packaging are missing
  • The product is physically damaged by the customer
  • The request is raised after the eligible period

Customers may contact the BeamX support team to initiate a replacement or exchange request.


3. Warranty Eligibility

Warranty shall only be applicable when:

  • Valid purchase invoice/proof of purchase is provided
  • Product serial number is clearly visible and untampered
  • Product is used under normal household conditions
  • Product registration requirements (if applicable) are completed successfully

BeamX reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.


4. Service & Support Process

In the unlikely event of any product issue, BeamX follows a streamlined support process:

  1. Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting support
  2. OTA/software assistance (where applicable)
  3. Doorstep pickup arrangement (if required)
  4. Inspection and repair at the authorized BeamX service facility

Any repair or replacement decision shall be at the sole discretion of BeamX.


5. Packaging & Transit Responsibility

During pickup arranged by BeamX, it is the customer’s responsibility to securely pack the product using proper protective packaging material to prevent damage during transit.

An opening/unboxing video may be recorded by the BeamX service team upon receiving the parcel for verification purposes.

If the parcel or product is found damaged due to improper packaging, insufficient protection, mishandling before dispatch, or transit-related issues, the responsibility shall solely lie with the customer.

Products sent via courier, transport, or postal services shall always remain at the customer’s risk. BeamX shall not be liable for any transit-related loss or damage.


6. Warranty Coverage Includes

The warranty covers only:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions
  • Technical faults under normal usage conditions

7. Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty shall not apply to:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Liquid or water damage
  • Dust-related issues or cleaning
  • Fire, heat, lightning, or natural disasters
  • Voltage fluctuation or power surge damage
  • Burnt components
  • Misuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Broken warranty seals
  • Use of non-standard chargers/accessories
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, faded coating, faded logos, casing damage
  • Consumable parts with limited lifespan
  • Damage caused due to improper packaging during transit
  • Products used outside recommended operating conditions
  • Tampered or missing serial numbers

Any physical damage to the product shall immediately render the warranty null and void.


8. Unauthorized Repairs

If any product or accessory has been opened, repaired, modified, or handled by any unauthorized third party, or if the warranty seal is broken or tampered with, the warranty shall immediately become null and void.

Any future repairs/services for such products shall be chargeable only.


9. Cosmetic Damage

Cosmetic damage does not void the warranty but is not covered under warranty.

Cosmetic damage may include:

  • Surface scratches
  • Color fading
  • Rubber coating wear
  • Logo fading
  • Key print fading
  • Minor body/casing damage

Such repairs may be provided on a chargeable basis subject to spare part availability.


10. Repair & Replacement Policy

During the warranty period, BeamX may:

  • Repair the defective product/component, or
  • Replace it with a new or refurbished product/component of equivalent functionality and performance

All replaced parts/components shall become the property of BeamX.

Immediate replacement is subject to stock availability and service feasibility.

Warranty on repaired or replaced parts shall continue for:

  • The remaining original warranty period, or
  • Thirty (30) days from repair/replacement date,

whichever is later.

The warranty shall apply only to the repaired or replaced component.


11. Repair Timelines

Any repair or service timeline communicated by BeamX is only an estimated timeframe.

While BeamX shall make every effort to complete repairs promptly, delays may occur due to spare part availability, logistics, technical complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

In certain situations, repairs may take up to 6–8 weeks. Customers shall not be entitled to claim compensation, damages, losses, or liabilities due to such delays.


12. Product Obsolescence

In cases where a product cannot be repaired due to discontinuation, spare part unavailability, or technical limitations, BeamX reserves the right to:

  • Offer a replacement product with equivalent features, or
  • Provide a refund/partial refund based on product age, usage duration, and invoice value

The final decision in such cases shall solely rest with BeamX.


13. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of BeamX under any circumstance shall not exceed the invoice amount paid by the customer for the product.

BeamX shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunity
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of goodwill
  • Work stoppage
  • Commercial losses
  • Mental stress or inconvenience
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Personal injury or death arising due to misuse of the product

14. Website Availability

Every effort is made to keep the BeamX website and services operational and accessible at all times. However, BeamX shall not be held responsible for temporary unavailability caused by technical issues, maintenance, server downtime, or reasons beyond our control.

BeamX reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions without prior notice.


15. Arbitration & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of any sale, warranty claim, repair, service, replacement, exchange, or any matter incidental thereto shall first be referred to arbitration under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Such arbitration proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in Sonipat, Haryana, India.

The courts at Sonipat, Haryana, India alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with all arbitration proceedings, disputes, claims, and matters arising out of or relating to the sale, warranty, repair, service, replacement, exchange, or use of BeamX products.

In case of any dispute, the same shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Sonipat, Haryana, India only.
