Warranty Coverage

BeamX Projectors

All BeamX projectors come with:

• 1-Year Standard Warranty (Applicable only after successful product registration)
• Additional 1-Year Extended Warranty upon successful completion of the promotional or verification tasks shared by the BeamX team via WhatsApp after purchase

BeamX Speakers

All BeamX speakers come with:

• 1-Year Standard Warranty
• Additional 3-Month Extended Warranty upon successful completion of the promotional or verification tasks shared by the BeamX team via WhatsApp after purchase

Extended warranty benefits are activated only after successful verification and approval by the BeamX support team.

Service & Support Process

In the unlikely event of any issue, BeamX follows a streamlined support process to ensure a smooth customer experience:

Important Warranty Note

Replacement & Exchange Policy

BeamX offers replacement or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions.

• No refunds are provided.
• Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
